V. b. iii. 1. Group the layers

Sometimes it is easier deal with set of similar layers if they are combined to form a group
In this exercise, you will:
  • Manually set a color scheme for a group layer

    1. Hold control and left click each curve number layer until all are selected

    2. Right click any of the selected layers → Group

    3. The default name given for the group will be “New Group Layer”.Left click once on the text to change the name of the group

    4. Name the group layer “Curve_Number”
