  • b1: [Left] Click on the “Add” button on the standard tool bar

  • b1: Add the attribute table “tablegraph.dbf” from the “Cities2005” folder

  • b2: Right click on the “tablegraph” and click on “Open”

  • b2: [Left] Click the “Options” select “Create Graph”

  • b2: Select the “Graph type” as “Vertical Bar”

  • b2: In the “Layer/Table” select the “tablegraph” table

  • b2: In the “Value Field” select “Sum”

  • b2: In the “X field” select “WEEKDAY” and also select “Ascending”

  • b2: In the “X Label” field select “WEEKDAY”

  • b2: Uncheck “Add to Legend”

  • b2: In the “Color” select “Palette”

  • b2: [Left] Click “Next”

  • b2: In the “Title” of the “General Graph Properties” name the chart as “Crash frequency under Influence of Alcohol on weekdays”

  • b2: [Left] Click “Finish”
