Addition of only some layers would give an idea of the road highway system. Also, by adding the crash data layer would help in finding the required data
This exercise will help you:
  • Locate all data layers
  • Add multiple layers required

    Add multiple layers I-30, I-40, I-55, I-430, I-440, I-530, I-540, I-630, Interstates, and “All_Crashes_04-06 Interstates” from “Crash_ADT_Shapefiles” folder if any layers were not added previously


  • [Left] Click the “Add Data” button again

  • Highlight the remaining layers to be added to the view by holding down the “ctrl” key to select one file at the time, or by holding down the “shift” key to select a group of files when you click on the first and last files.

  • Add them all by pressing the “Add” button

  • [Left] Click the “Full Extent” button in order to zoom to the project extents
