IV. a. iii. Calculate the cost of the Easement
             Estimated time:
             1 minutes
With our excel file, we can easily apply simple math functions. In Excel, we can multiply a constant cost per area to the calculated area and develop a cost per parcel. Finally, we can get a sum to account for the total buyout cost of the easement

In this exercise, you will:
  • Apply simple functions in Excel
  • Create an accumulated cost table
