Instead of the text boxes, you may want to place text in callouts (balloons) to point out locations on the map in the layout.
In this exercise, you will:
  • Identify points on the map layout using the callout option from the "Draw" toolbar.

    1. Click the “Callout” button on the "Draw" Toolbar

    2. “Click and hold” the left mouse button on the point where the balloon will point to

    3. Release the mouse button on the point where the balloon will be placed

    4. Insert the text
