    Open the “Tools” toolbar by Left Clicking “Views” >> Toolbars >> Left Click “Tools” from the drop-down menu IF it is not currently turned on (Toolbars are on when a checkmark is shown to the left of the toolbar name in the list). The “Tools” toolbar is now added to the view. Drag it to an appropriate location on the screen.
