The “Tools” are common for most programs, such as zoom +/- and the panning little hand. However, one unique tool is the one that will bring you back to seeing the entire map or the “full extent”. Very detailed layers can reveal much depending on the level of zoom, very close could reveal fine details, while far away could show patterns.
In this exercise, you will:
- Navigate your new menu
- Increase your work perspective by zooming out to view the whole map at once

- Left Click the “Full Extent” button in order to zoom the project extents
- Now use the zoom function (the magnifying glass with the + sign) to zoom in on the grid block that composes the ozone layer
