V. a. Modifying the Color Scheme
Estimated time:
3 minutes
By modifying the graduated color scheme of the Clipped Census Tract Layer (TexasTractLCP_Clip) a person can visually see which census tracts are out of compliance at the time of day they are examining. An example of when changing the color scheme can help seeing patterns, by adjusting the values, tracts can be identified easily. EPA has set the 8 hour ozone exposure at 75 ppb, and for a single hour at 120 ppb. When you are setting the break values in part a, you will be creating a cutoff to code the census tracts by ozone levels.
