IV. g. Add the Frequency Table to your Layers Index

After having created the Frequency table it now must be added to the layer index, just as was done with the original Ozone and Tract Layers. With the frequency table created the data must now be added to the layer, so that we can manipulate it further.
In this exercise, you will:

    1. Left Click the “Add Data” button in the “Standard” toolbar

    2. Navigate to the downloaded “GIS_Layers_Env” folder & select the Census_Clip_Intersect_Freque.dbf table by left clicking it -> Add

    3. The layer is now added to the ArcGIS view and is shown in the box entitled “Layers” with a checkmark in the box to the left of the layer name, signifying that the layer is shown in the map view
