II. Clipping Unneeded Census Tracts & Ozone Data
Now that the layers have been added we are going to remove some of the excess data from the Texas Tract, this will reduce the amount of data that the program will have to process. Currently the Texas Tract data that applies is what is found underneath the Ozone layer, so this tool will remove all other data.
