We now see how the layers are organized and we can stack them in the way we want them to tell a story. For example, if you are talking about the ozone distribution, it should be on top with the census tract underneath..
In this exercise, you will:
- Navigate the layers box
- Reposition your layers in a more discernable manner

- Left Click the "Ozone" in the left hand “Layers” box and drag it so it is above the “Census” layer
- The topmost layer in the “Layers” box is the topmost layer shown in the map view
